Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation (SSCF) is a not-for-profit organization, registered under Section 12A. Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation was conceived in 2008, by a group of forward-thinking individuals, under the visionary leadership of Managing Trustee, Dr. B.S. Srinath, a seasoned professional with 50 years of experience in surgical oncology.

Our mission extends to the implementation of effective cancer prevention strategies and spearheading cutting-edge research in oncology through our daughter institutions - Sri Shankara National Centre for Cancer Prevention & Research and the training of healthcare personnel for optimal patient care through our association with National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (for DNB, DrNB and FNB Programmes) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (Super specialty Fellowship Programmes), Sri Shankara College of Nursing and Sri Shankara Institute of Allied Health Sciences.
